REPLACEMENTS AND RETURNS
A customized product will be eligible for return and replacement made only in the event of these instances: damage(s) during delivery or wrong product received.
Damaged Product
In the event your order was damaged during delivery, you have 3 days from delivery receipt to contact us here and include the following:
After reviewing the information provided and you are found eligible for a replacement product, a return shipping label will be emailed to you to send the product back. A replacement product will begin as soon as the damaged product is returned. Processing time remains the same for replacement products; however, replacement products will receive priority in production queue.
