Return and NO Refund Policy

Read this page fully to understand our NO REFUND Policy and Return Policy.

We strive to provide the best quality products for our customers. Due to the customization of orders, we do not offer refunds. 


REPLACEMENTS AND RETURNS

A customized product will be eligible for return and replacement made only in the event of these instances: damage(s) during delivery or wrong product received.


Damaged Product

In the event your order was damaged during delivery, you have 3 days from delivery receipt to contact us here and include the following:

  • Your order number, name, and email;
  • Date of delivery;
  • Attached pictures of the packaging how it arrived and pictures of damaged product. 

After reviewing the information provided and you are found eligible for a replacement product, a return shipping label will be emailed to you to send the product back. A replacement product will begin as soon as the damaged product is returned. Processing time remains the same for replacement products; however, replacement products will receive priority in production queue.


Wrong Product Received

If you have received an incorrect product in your order, please contact us here within 3 days from delivery receipt for a return shipping label. Please also include the following:

  • Your order number, name, and email; 
  • Date of delivery;
  • Information of wrong product received.
